It’s currently, 12:42am so technically Monday morning and I have been working pretty much non stop all weekend long. It’s been a very productive last couple of days and everything that I have been working on will soon all pay off at the end. It may seem like I’m a workaholic but it honestly becomes a habit when you want something so badly. Your mindset changes in a blink of an eye and suddenly you become prone to getting better and working on things that you love to do. I could be asleep or watching TV right now but my mind is always just running with ideas and thoughts so I figured I would write my typical Monday blog.
Tomorrow, (technically today) I start the Entrepreneur Accelerator Program that Brandon Adams created for people wanting to take themselves and businesses to the next level. Im stoked to be apart of this exclusive 15 member team and excited to see where this great group of people will lead to. I’ve learned that the best investment you can do is to invest in yourself. Anyone can acquire expensive cars, jewelry, clothes, any materialistic item but building your personal brand and making yourself known is how you can achieve your dreams faster. The next 6 weeks of this program is going to be a great adrenalin rush for me from learning from others, doing things that will be WAY outside of my comfort zone, and balancing all of my other activities.
Soooo I am excited and definitely cannot sleep right now, therefore I am going to give you guys some of my advice that I learned and used on myself. One, you need to acknowledge that your mindset is what is stopping you from achieving what you desire. It’s all about what you think you can and cannot do, the moment you doubt something that scares you that’s when you step back and don’t take that chance that can potentially help you greatly in the future. Two, take your confidence to the next level, people are typically reserved about their goals and rarely tell anyone about them. However, to achieve them you need to voice your opinions, jump on opportunities, and do small things everyday that will build your confidence. It’s just as easy as saying hi to every person that you encounter on a daily basis, therefore try that one day and see how you feel. Finally, divide your time out wisely, there’s only 24 hours in the day and about half of that is usually taken up from sleeping and eating. Therefore, when you wake up in the morning think about at least 3 important things that you want to finish that day and make sure you schedule yourself so you get it done.
Test yourself on these tips sometime and see how it works out for you.
