Typically I blog about business, mindset, or lifestyle tips on how to be successful in whatever standpoint that you are in. However, the past couple of days I have been struggling with recovering from my wisdom teeth surgery that I had on Friday. I am that type of person who is always on the go, ontop of my game, and sometimes very impatient. Recovering from this surgery has been so stressful because it slowed down my entire days. From eating quickly on the go to barely being able to eat has been quite difficult. Being in pain and getting forced to take pain killers isn’t my cup of tea to my day. Typing this blog on Sunday night, which will be published tomorrow I am starting to feel a lot better.

I wanted to write this blog in relation to the past couple of days to let people know that there are always obstacles that people have to overcome in life. Weather it is being sick, going through surgery, dealing with a break up, or even just feeling down, there is always a way to turn it around. Trust me, it can be hard, just yesterday I was trying to eat a cup of ramen and I could barely even eat the noodles! I wanted to throw it across the room because I was so frustrated that I couldn’t eat it and I was starving. Maybe you are trying to work things out with your significant other but things are just not going right. You go back and forth on decisions, scream and yell at each other, and maybe even leave shedding a tear or two. Then suddenly, you feel down, like the world is attacking you and you feel like there’s no possible way out.

There is, every time you go through an obstacle you always come out stronger, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger right? It relates to many aspects in life, to my odd wisdom teeth recovery story to maybe your bad day that you are having. Whatever it may be, always know that the things that happen to you make you a better person at the end of the day. Even though at that time you feel frustrated and angry, don’t forget that it is just building you up to face the world.

Even though I currently look like a chipmunk with chubby cheeks, I soon enough will have my dashing smile back right? 😀
